Goods sold are non-refundable. These pieces are fine and delicate and should be handled and worn with care.  Normal wear and tear on jewellery items is not considered a fault. If you feel a piece of Sphere Jewellery is faulty, or if breakage has occurred please contact Sphere on info@spherejewellery.com. The piece will be assessed and if considered faulty, sphere will gladly repair, replace or exchange the faulty piece, therefore exchanges or returns are not offered for change of mind. 



Repairs are available and are assessed by case. Depending on the case they may incur a fee. 



Australian domestic orders are FREE and sent Express via Australia Post. You will be contacted on dispatch of your order with a tracking number that you can check at www.auspost.com.au. 

International standard shipping is sent via Australia Post. These packages are trackable, you will be contacted on dispatch of your order with a tracking number which you can check at www.auspost.com.au. International standard parcels can take anywhere between 3 and 10 working days to arrive. 



Customs duty and other taxes may be levied when the shipment reaches your country. If applicable, please pay those costs directly to the delivery agents or the customs office. Policies on those taxes vary in each country. Please contact the customs office at your country for more details.
